Faszerowane udka z kurczaka

Dziś przychodzę z szybkim i fajnym przepisem, który systematycznie gości na moim obiedzie. To także świetna opcja na “ciepłe danie” podczas imprez. Prosto, smacznie, inaczej!

Składniki na roladki:

  • 6 dużych udek z kurczaka
  • 400g pieczarek
  • 150g żółtego sera
  • 1 mała cebulka
  • 2 ząbki czosnku
  • sól, pieprz
  • przyprawy: czerwona papryka, oregano

Sposób przygotowania:

Udka z kurczaka dokładnie myjemy, pozbawiamy kości, a nożem nacinamy otwór. Cebulkę kroimy w kostkę i podsmażamy na odrobinie masła, dodajemy czosnek. Pieczarki obieramy, trzemy na tarce (grube oczka) i podsmażamy do momentu aż zmiękną. Doprawiamy przyprawami, pieprzem i odrobiną soli. Na koniec łączymy ze startym, żółtym serem. Farszem wypełniamy nasze mięsne “kieszonki”, delikatnie zwijamy i zabezpieczamy wykałaczkami. Pieczemy ok 45min w 180’C.
